Take a class or self study

If you're not able to attend a GET READY Disaster Preparedness class in person, you can still become certified by taking our self-study course. Just follow these three steps:

1. Download the Disaster Preparedness Manual or pick up a copy at your local fire station.

2. Watch the Self-Study Course Presentation).

3. Contact your local fire department to let them know you've completed the course.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE NOW WELL ON YOUR WAY TO PREPAREDNESS!
